About Business Line -

Delivery Excellence is a new group formed in May- 12 to provide synergy and align to excellence initiatives within SG GSC. DX organization covers Quality, Optimization and Performance initiatives with mission to set-up more efficient processes in following dimensions:

About Project / Process -

Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL)

The Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL) is a change leader with a major objective to contribute to business team's operational excellence.

The CIL has for mission to setup a sustainable Lean transformation with at its base the 2 Lean pillars (Continuous Improvement and People respect). The CIL ensures the Lean Management System is understood and correctly in place within and across the business teams. The CIL play an active role in the business improvement and efficiency objectives

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables -

Functional : Continuous Improvement Global Lead

Operational :To the business, with direct interaction with senior managers of the Business Line

- Monthly, the CIL establishes a diagnostic for change for the supported business team.

- The CIL on a monthly basis assesses the Lean maturity of business team and build a continuous improvement (Roadmap) with the support and help of the respective managers to help the teams grow on lean maturity.

- The CIL supports the business team on daily basis in operational performance review, problem solving sessions, daily stand up meetings and is proactive to provide any Lean tools or training that may help the team (Voice of clients, skills matrix, etc)

- Additional trainings on Lean Management System might be required from the CIL in order to give the full sense of the transformation and onboard new joiners in their own journey.

- The CIL also participates to the best practices sharing, enriches the KM as the continuous improvement plan of the CI and of the transformation

- As a whole, the CIL must be recognized by his/her Business Lines as the key point of contact for improvements and Lean coaching

- The CIL will work in a large autonomy within the Business Line, but under the supervision of the Global CI Lead in order to ensure a proper share of practices and the consistency of SG GSC CI Model

INTERACTIONS - Describe the job roles that you interact with inside or outside the company to enable you to meet your accountabilities and the percentage of time you spend interacting with these roles.

Internal

Must Have Skill(s) with minimum Yrs of Experience Desired Skill(s)

- Require around 7 to 9 years of Experience, either in operational functions in at least a team lead role (in IT and/ or BPO), or in Lean practices

- Proven experience in change management, coaching and interaction with Senior Management

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in driving productivity improvement projects, mapping End to End process focusing on TAT, Accuracy, deploying Lean tools and critical performance measures

- Must be trained on Lean principles.

Experience in ensuring sustainability of Lean practices

1. Lean trained

2. Leader of the change, visionary, creative and solution oriented

3. Good Influencing and Coaching skills and ability to execute coaching at all levels of the organization

4. Ability to communicate with executives, clients and team members (Written and Verbal)

5. Rigorous, capacity to analyze and to resolve issues with pragmatism

6. Good Excel skills and PowerPoint Skills and presentation techniques

7. Anticipation, prioritization and step back as needed Lean trained

Leader of the change, visionary, creative and solution oriented

Good Influencing and Coaching skills and ability to execute coaching at all levels of the organization
