Continumm - Senior Technical Recruiter

- Should have the ability to do proactive recruitment, pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites, and add resumes to the company's centralized database. Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.

- Should have an understanding and ability to meet all the quality parameters before submitting a resume to the hiring manager.

- Ensures that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all requirements on time. Responsible for Interview Coordination, follow-up calls, offer roll-out, and onboarding. Should be comfortable to work as a consultant/Third party role.

- Should be excellent in hiring passive candidates through LinkedIn and other social media. Any graduate.

- 4+ years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle. Should have at least 2 years of experience in hiring for IT infrastructure (Windows, Virtualization troubleshooting engineers) & customer service roles. 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.

- Responsibility will include understanding Job description, resourcing, Screening, Qualifying, and submitting resumes based on the hiring manager's needs.

- Candidate should be proficient in Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability), etc. Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

- The candidate should be able to join in max. 15 days. Should be comfortable for Third party payroll and conversion after 1 year based on performance.
