Continumm - Product Manager - Cyber Security

Cybercrime is one of the biggest risks for SMBs around the world, and SMBs lack the tools and expertise to effectively protect them against the overwhelming threat landscape. ConnectWise is committed to solving this problem. As the trusted management platform for MSPs ConnectWise can uniquely enable MSPs to offer new security services to their clients providing a security solution that aligned with SMBs needs and business model. This role will a key leader in helping define the ConnectWise Security business, working with R&D and ConnectWise's partners to bring new products to market provide these solutions.

Responsibilities:

Role :

- ConnectWise is looking for a product leader for a newly formed initiative around Security. We are building new Security solutions which will be a primary driver of growth for ConnectWise. You'll be responsible for providing strategic direction, product feature prioritization, and tactical execution, while working closely with ConnectWise's partners and their clients.

- This is your opportunity to drive a startup initiative within a fastest growing SaaS software.We are looking for someone with a strong product management background, an understanding of agile development methodologies, a "get it done" attitude, and a strategic mindset to continuously analyze the shifting security landscape (competition, market size, pricing, and the buying persona).

Responsibilities :

- As with any product management leadership role in a fast-growing company, your day-to-day responsibilities will span the entire product management lifecycle and include deep interaction with customers, sales, and engineering.

Specific responsibilities include:

- You will work with the ConnectWise Security product management team to craft a compelling vision and product strategy for SMB security solutions You will gather requirements from ConnectWise partners, sales and partner success and driving ongoing prioritization of product investments

- You will be an hands on expert in the field and need to stay on top of the latest developments in security analytics, security operations, and adjacent markets.

- You will drive roadmap, positioning, requirements and feature delivery for new products You will work with engineering to drive the development process and prioritization of new features.

- You will collaborate across the organization to align services, processes, systems, and architectures with company standards. You will serve as a leader and change agent, helping echo the voice of the customer in ConnectWise's India's office and looking for opportunities to drive improvements in our planning and development processes

Required SKills
:

- 3+ years of industry experience in Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering Understanding of security solutions (I.e., vulnerability scanning technologies, SIEM technologies, firewall/network security, SOC Operations, etc.) and the security landscape Experience building detailed product requirements and working closely with engineering team in and AGILE environment.

- Problem solving and organizational abilities to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong, independent team player with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within and outside the organization Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, MBA preferred
