Principal Engineer-II (Python)

Overview :

- We are looking for strong candidates who will help develop the Platform as a reliable, scalable, modern architecture that supports long term growth and reduces operational and support costs. The candidate will engage with the product management, provide technical leadership to a team of engineers for implementation and roll out of various modules.

- The ideal person for this role will have a passion for shipping elegant, innovative, and scalable products. This position demands strong technical leadership, ability to collaborate with globally distributed product teams, and the guts and vision to produce something really extraordinary.

Responsibilities:

- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

- Contribute to the core engineering design of our application, including backend, middle-layer, and interface with the frontend components.

- Ship code and plan features from start to finish with other members of the product team (product manager, developers, designers, and YOU) in an agile approach.

- Maintain a growing infrastructure in AWS, help architect core solutions, and improve internal dev efficiencies with tooling and automation.

- Own pieces of the application and help mentor junior devs with code reviews, pair programming, etc.
