Key Parameters: Change Management, Cultural Development, Leadership Development, Concept & Design of Organization, Training & Facilitation Responsibilities: - Identifying Deriving trends / gaps in development needs, alerting organization to critical areas for succession planning, etc. and following up with the HR BPs - Guiding execution in area of responsibility of OD Initiatives and measures - Challenging and consulting the organization regarding organizational maturity and change processes - Steering and managing change and organizational development initiatives actively - Consulting management, HR BPs and employees on all OD related matters. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with country leadership teams to support development planning and succession planning at an organizational level - Improve organizational innovative culture through Organizational Development initiatives on country level (e.g. employee survey, team building, culture development incl. values and leadership, diversity, organizational change guidance etc.) - Manage vendors for OD initiatives and Leadership Trainings - Develop & adapt content of Leadership Trainings & Assessment/Development Centers of Continental together with providers to suit the needs in India - Facilitate different workshops across our locations in India - Supporting and guiding HR BPs, managers as well as individual employees in development program nomination processes in accordance with country specific legal regulations, CoE guidance and company guidelines while ensuring execution of measures - Driving country programs (e.g. Onboarding, talent development)
