HR Lead for a Continental group start-up firm in India (8-15 yrs)
Education: MBA - specialized in HR (graduation in engineering preferred, but not mandatory).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support and lead by establishing the HR process in the newly launched business in India
- Handle the entire HR spectrum of activities consisting external talent connect, Hiring, Engagement, HR operations and Talent Development
- Interface with corporate office to deploy the central initiatives in India.
Personality Traits:
- Good functional knowledge and experience in all HR topics
- Proficient in current and upcoming trends in HR functions
- Independent work habits and good Networking skills
- Willing to travel to Germany
- Strategic mindset with high people orientation
Other information:
Education: Good academics with management degree in HR
Experience : 8 to 15 years
- Work experience in small or medium scale firm engaged in Engineering companies preferred
- Ambitious and career oriented person with good track record
- Should be able to join in short notice is preferred.
