HR - Project Management
- Ideate and lead Project initiatives in alignment with Continental HR vision and mission
- Collaborate with location/plant HR managers to track deployment of current initiatives
- Strategic support Partner with CoE teams to track efficiency and progress of the chosen projects
- Plan and facilitate HR team workshops for continuous improvements
- Interface and support in external/social forums
- Track HR satisfaction surveys at organization level
- Comprehensive Business Data Management, Reporting the Monthly HR Summary during the Executive meetings
- Support and track the review meetings - Top Management, Senior Management, HR Management, HR team.
- Track - outside view on new practices across HR topics/ functions
- Managing business visits, including leadership visits from HQ
- Manage communications from India CHRO office
- Defining and tracking the measurement of HR functional effectiveness
