Primary Responsibilities : - To provide HR solutions for Continental Technical center consisting 3500+ employees - Provide leadership to the HR BP team and will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities touching the employee life-cycle at various stages across business units with in Tech center - Collaborate with the center of excellence (CoEs) and to provide best-in-class talent management, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations and compensation and benefits solutions to the business - Ideate and execute competence development initiatives and track the efforts Vs effectiveness - in collaboration with business - Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives - Excellent functional knowledge of Business HR practices. Good people management skills coupled with strong ability to manage and influence Business Heads. High orientation on Compliance and Integrity. Should be well networked in the IT R&amp;D /Engineering R&amp;D companies - Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition through various HR initiatives to be driven across the Technical center - Ensure effective cascading of HR policies &amp; practices across the organization. - Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits - Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions &amp; opinions - Manage relationship with Line of business and should have ability to manage interactions. - Driving the performance driven work culture. - Talent retention initiatives with a focus towards High performers - Serve as a custodian for HR policies and the organization's values and purpose Required personality traits : - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strategic mindset with focus towards solution - Good in Influencing skill and impactful presentations - Approachable personality - Good business acumen Education &amp; Experience : - PG/MBA in HR - Min 16 Yrs exp post PG Work location : Bangalore (Electronics city ) - Should have worked in an IT/Engineering R&amp;D companies - Preferably female candidates only
