Taxation Role - Direct & Indirect Tax

Required: CA or Semi Qualified

Indirect Tax:

Preparation of monthly reconciliation of:

- Purchase Register and GSTR 2A for taking necessary input credit in GST return and
follow-up with the vendor for insisting them to file GST returns and payment of their GST liability to avail their proper credit;

- Income, GST liability and Input credit reported in books with returns/electronic cash ledger/electronic credit ledger and working file;

- Preparation of working files and reconciliation sheet for filling of Monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-6 and GSTR-3B returns and Annual GSTR 9 and 9C for all the states.

- Assist in preparing the details for Service tax and GST

- Audits/Notices/Inquiries/Inspection sent by respective state wise GST Authorities.

- Preparation of CENVAT register as per regulatory requirement

FINANCE - TAXATION:

- Monthly preparation of state wise GST Liability and payment working sheet with related challans;

- Regular follow up with IT team/Operations/business team for solving difference with respect to GST database

- Registration of new branches under GST, addition/deletion of branches in the existing GST registration

- Passing necessary entries in books of accounts with respect to GST liability, input credit

- Availment, Utilisation and ISD transfer and utilisation on monthly basis.

Direct Tax:

- Preparation of TDS Return, Payment of TDS liability, and TDS Receivable Reconciliation.

- Assist in Tax Audits, ITR Filling, Advance tax computations and Audit related requirements.

- Assist in preparing the details for Income tax Inquiries/Notices/Inspection and Assessments proceedings.
