Contetra - Chartered Accountant

1.Preparation of Financials:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.

- Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.

2.Research on GAAP related technical query:

- Conduct research on GAAP related technical queries including US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS.

- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to GAAP standards.

- Provide guidance and support to the team on GAAP related technical queries.

3.Preparation of Memos for technical query:

- Prepare clear and concise memos outlining the technical query, research conducted and recommendations.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure understanding and agreement on technical query and recommendations.

4.Independent Client Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client satisfaction.

- Manage client expectations and provide timely and accurate responses toclient inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP standards, including US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS.

- Excellent research and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong client management and relationship building skills.
