Key Responsibilities :

- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

- Developing content for all marketing communication and campaigns like Emails, Push notifications, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

- Lead day-to-day operations of the Content Marketing team, including staging and publishing articles, white papers, ebooks and more.

- Translate Product updates in user friendly blogs and emailers.

- Ensure all-around brand consistency in the style, fonts, and images used, as well as the overall tone of the content.

- Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of various content types to identify trends, benchmarks, bright spots and areas for improvement.

- Drive and induce high engagement through creative communications.

- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.

- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

- Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

Position Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.

- You have 3 to 6 Years of experience in a content function designed to help drive a sales and marketing funnel preferably in e-commerce or kid's space.

- Proven content writing or copywriting experience for global audiences.

- Working knowledge of content management systems.

- You are good at measuring and analyzing.

- You read voraciously.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

- Effective communication skills.
