JD: Designation: Content Writer / Content Manager - (Business Writing for CFO, CEO, COO) Location: Muscat, Oman Reporting: Sr Communication Manager / Group CFO Dept: Group CFO Office Whom we look for: - Must be a Graduate with MBA (Fin) / LLB / Management Qualification - Experience between 5 to 10 years only - Must have excellent &amp; strong English drafting or writing skills About Company: A leading Conglomerate (35 years old) Preferred Duties &amp; Responsibilities: - Conceptualising, commissioning and writing chairman's statement, CEO's report, speech for C-suite, business plan document, business news, cover stories and features articles for both the publications, and their respective news portals. - Publishing of market reviews monthly in business magazine. - Analyzing data from primary and secondary sources - Designing and creating content for the monthly newsletter by liasioning with respective SBU and covering new initiatives, product launches, business and marketing news and key organizational developments. - Corporate Spokesperson profiling in various business magazines through pitch notes on leadership development and development of their corporate profiles - Support advertising campaigns with press releases on communication messaging, customer insights and product details. - Involves in liasioning, writing, proofreading, grammar check and publishing content for press releases for numerous product launches carrying spokesperson quotes and business strategy details. Reporting on media coverage via stringer engagement and network offices. - Corporate communications for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CFO, CEO &amp; Chairman. - Communicate and instil Brand philosophy of the organisation and top management. - Follow up on important strategic directions in critical top management meetings, Business review meetings etc. - Liaising with industry associations, including govt. and semi govt., on behalf of the Group CFO, CEO, Chairman and organization. - Covered press conferences, events and conferences, meeting and interviewing top industry people, government officials, and experts for stories. - Responsible for bringing out Show Dailies and Special Supplements periodically for the magazines and various companies events - Responsible for daily uploading of news stories, besides handling the magazine's social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram etc. - Generate monthly newsletters for parties to the company, both internal &amp; external. - Involved with events such as awards, conferences and round table discussions. - Business reporting, interviewing, rewriting, copy-editing and finalising page layout. - Writing and editing various official communications and welcome notes of senior officials for publications. - Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on daily quotations and company data Preferred knowledge &amp; experience: - Super English writing skills. Can expand ideas, develops stories, newsletters, chairman's statement, can make excellent presentation, Business Plan, Minutes, Investor story, speech for Sr members, etc. - Extremely organized - able to juggle workload and multiple conflicting priorities - Strong interpersonal skills, displaying a confident, friendly and enthusiastic approach - - Ambitious and determined to achieve success, ability to negotiate solutions with stakeholders and go the extra mile. - Develop understanding of the business and ensures focus on required activities to achieve commercial results. - Aggressive with regard to objectives and targets given by superiors. - Research based approach towards diagnosing and solving the problems. - Have knowledge to handle different types of databases and collaborating between teams of different databases to build link between them for error free data flow - Ensuring high quality for data by performing regular quality checks Salary Package: Basic Salary in OMR .
