Content Writer- Commercial Proposal

Key Responsibility Area :

- Engage with core bid team to draw out components of win strategy, and apply to storyboard and messaging

- Management of written bid with inputs from content database, as well as cross-functional teams

- Review, write and edit content to - single-tone- the complete document

- Edit highly technical content to add clarity and emphasis, without diluting solution components

- Work with design professionals to develop emphatic visuals for conveying key messages

- Own quality, brand and legal compliance standards for bid document

- Build reusable content, boiler plates and templates

Essentials :

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Strong knowledge, affinity and understanding of Technology to latest engagement and communication tools and how they can be deployed in different scenarios

- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format to mid-level and senior audience, build and maintain strong relationships

- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary

- Strong understanding of culture and how to succeed in our environment; strong relationships with senior stakeholders

(This is a critical role in the Commercial Proposals team that enables superior Proposal development. It enables identification of relevant information, understanding of the key value proposition, and application of language skills to create impactful content, while retaining the core message of inputs received from stakeholders across functions.

This role defines the standards to ensure higher and differentiated Proposal quality from a storyboarding and messaging standpoint. It also enables more effective communication of solutions through visual innovation.)
