The job will include the following responsibilities: - Develop world-class content for online courses on technology and data science knowledge areas. - Understand the industry requirements and develop curriculum and modules to meet those requirements. - Design content modules following the organization's pedagogy principles, including coming up with learning objectives, writing scripts according to well researched guidelines, and designing assessments. - Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement. - Be the interface between faculty (both academic and industry leaders) and student, to make the student's online learning experience more engaging. What we are looking for - Graduates from Tier-1/2 B-schools (or Engineering colleges) with MBA from Tier 1/2 Management institutes. Good academic record is a must. - Ability to quickly learn various concepts, frameworks and strategies in content creation. - People having strong interest in the process of learning; interest in MOOCs shall be valuable.
