Role and Responsibilities

- Looking for people passionate about management, the future, and education to help design learning programs for working professionals to stay sharp and stay relevant and help build the careers of tomorrow.

The job will include the following responsibilities:

- Design world-class content for online courses on management courses for working professionals

- Understand the industry requirements and develop curriculum and modules to meet those requirements

- Design content modules following Organisation pedagogy principles, including coming up with learning objectives, writing scripts according to well researched guidelines, and designing assessments

- Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement

- Be the interface between faculty (both academic and industry leaders) and student, to make the students online learning experience more engaging

What we are looking for?

- People with - 2 years work ex post-MBA from top colleges (IIMs, ISB, MDI, FMS, XLRI)

- Smart, curious people who enjoy learning about transformations in management due to technology, project management, product management, agile methodology etc. and would love to dive deeper and design content on them

- Teaching or content creation experience would be valuable

- Ability to quickly learn various concepts, frameworks and strategies in management
