Job Description :

Content Analysis and Data interpretation:

- Analyse content on the platform and its competitors.

- Understand viewer and creator preferences. Must be able to recognise audience and trends.

- Able to infer data and prepare analysis and insights.

- Content review and Category Management

- Define and execute the content/creator strategies

- Facilitate good content creation and talent on boarding

- Talent & Agency Relationship

- Content and Category Review: Review videos and creator accounts as per content operation standards and requirements.

Profile :

- Be sensitive to user needs and execute strategies that are welcome by viewers and creators from different geo/socio-economic backgrounds

- Candidate must possess an excellent understanding of the video industry and must have a good overview of internet market conditions/trends

- Good data analysis skills

- Languages: Should understand and speak Bhojpuri

- Candidates who have worked in the YouTube/Content MCN/OTT/Video space will be preferred

- 4+ years of experience in video content operations/management or related industry.
