JOB DESCRIPTION

- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term and long term goals;
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market;
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets;
- Manage design and writing teams, including freelancers, to produce high quality content;
- Manage PR relationships across regions;
- Build relationships with blogs and media outlets, write and publish PR articles, and improve our brand awareness/visibility globally;
- Run impactful marketing and product launch campaigns that will fuel demand gen and/or upsell working in tight collaboration with product and sales teams;
- Communicate the value proposition of products to the sales organization and develop sales enablement collateral to support selling process;
- Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met;
- Create campaign briefs and run kick-off meetings with all stakeholders;
- Provide vision to the content team and inspire team members through delivering engaging content;
- Manage Insiders company blogs and create blog articles by interviewing authors and ghost blog for them; write eBooks, case studies, landing page content; eblast content and more;
- Edit, proofread and improve content Design and execute impactful webinars by liaising with global offices to include top clients.
- Manage email marketing campaigns; define email flows, create campaign content for various audiences, prepare lists and deploy e-mail campaigns;
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics;
- Analyze and report key metrics to the Marketing team on a weekly basis;
- Promote content through various channels ensuring a strong web presence;
- Plan quarterly KPIs liaising with the Head of Marketing;
- Manage content localization activities with global offices;
- Closely follow industry trends and news and manage social media accounts by creating compelling content on a daily basis, including multimedia content;
- Manage our client marketing strategy, working directly with our head of partnership;
- Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager (4+ yrs);
- Having a great passion for writing and exceptional writing skills;
- Exceptionally strong project management skills to drive multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively and to juggle multiple projects quickly;
- Excellent people management skills to interact with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Support Teams, so the ability to successfully lead a cross-functional team is a must;
- Obsessed with details and has a strong eye for quality;
- Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus;
- Proficiency in Google Drive Applications and WordPress or other Content Management Software;
- Experience in email marketing & demand/lead generation is preferred;
- Experience in blogging and blog management is preferred;
- Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative, game-changing marketing ideas;
- Super energetic positive attitude, strong sense of humor and a hearty appetite for growth;
- A great team player Expertise in managing social media platforms;
- BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field.
