Job Role: Content Marketing Manager

Job Description :

- Own the content strategy and roadmap for all DotPe product and marketing efforts

- Manage a network of writers and agencies to produce content across all channels social, blog, website and more

- Create and enforce guidelines for content style, voice, personality etc

- Execute content creation for marketing programs, SEO, brand campaigns, email marketing and digital marketing

- Own DotPe s own content resources such as blogs, video library, customer testimonials and ensure their placement and promotion

- Collaborate with all other marketing functions Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand etc on their Content needs.

Desired Background and skill set :

- Minimum 4 years experience in marketing

- 2 years experience of managing content teams

- Passion for all forms of content writing and communication

- Excellent communications skills, an eye for detail and design

- Experience with content formats like video, podcasts, social media

- A player coach who can groom other writers and also produce good content themselves

- Excellent project management skills to ensure collaboration with other team members is transparent and effective

- Experience or demonstrable understanding of finance and economics would be a huge plus

- Support B2B sales and other cross-functional teams by creating content assets that could be shared for building stronger relationships and converting sales
