1. CONTENT
- Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms.
- Develop marketable content for publishing on blog, website, social media pages and online communities that would drive traffic and aid SEO
- Work closely with the head of marketing to echo the brand personality and tone throughout the content creation and dissemination process
- Drive social media community engagement through creating branded yet highly engaging and relevant content around career development and learning
- Work closely with the product and product marketing teams to create content on the platform that is engaging and appealing
- Create web content that drives conversion at different stages of product usage how to videos, testimonials and other persuasive content that sets up the product as a relevant and useful tool for the users
- Drive traffic and engagement through inbound marketing that translates to sales and brand promotion
- Manage a content marketing budget and a team of in-house/freelance writers, illustrators
- Work closely with marketing team members to implement SEO best practices.
- Tailor-make content that suits different kinds of platforms so that it is engaging
- Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
- Support B2B sales and other cross-functional teams by creating content assets that could be shared for building stronger relationships and converting sales
2. BRAND
- Work closely with the head of marketing to build and promote the brand
- Work closely with senior management team to drive thought leadership at industry forums and events that could lead to PR and promotional opportunities
- Be the custodian of the branded assets and be militant about their consistent and correct usage across all touchpoints
- Think strategically about raising the brand profile through content, PR and any other marketing campaigns that would help us stand out in the market
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree or masters degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing space either in a digital agency or client side
- A social media platform expert who understands the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize each to deliver the highest engagement possible
- First-class research, writing and communication skills
- A passion for branding and brand management
- Strong editorial judgement and decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
