Responsibilities will include:
- Creating the content calendar for specific verticals after discussions with business teams, keeping lead generation and app downloads as the goal
- Work with the organic and paid SEO team to strategize the content requirement
- Define the lead funnel
- Create lead generation-specific content in close collaboration with the content writers
- Implement tactics and processes to ensure content is available at all stages of the lead-generation process
- Use appropriate technology to measure, target and convert leads
- Use all available resources, including and not limited to website, app, offline activation channels and paid processes to ensure there is a constant flow of leads
- Keep a close watch on conversion ratio, benchmark and improve.
Requirements
Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to
- 5-10 years of experience
- Has executed content marketing strategies and helped in building the content marketing process
- Has helped in bringing in revenue to the company through content marketing
Preferences:
- Should have prior experience with service/trade-based companies, preferably in the fabric, garment and textile industry
- Flexible on timings and travel
- Long-term planning and strategy should be a core strength
- Knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage
