Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

(Primary deliverables of role and its scope)

- Evolve fresh content from across cities pertaining to real estate

- Familiar in working in a live news environment in print, online or television

- Should be comfortable talking to different data sources including developers, brokers, consultants, transactors

- Should be able to analyse data and evolve articles, reports

- Should be able to evolve content led products such as e-books/newsletters etc

- Should be familiar with editing and headlining stories and creating news lists and news schedules

- Manage to generate spot content from evolving events

- Should be familiar with working with design teams to evolve products for publication

- Overall management of the content section – sourcing & updating news.

- Should be able to coordinate with consumers on polls, surveys and discussions to generate consumer perspective based stories

- On a need basis, manage freelancers & vendors for small time projects.

Knowledge & Skills (Technical / Functional)

- Strong follower of processes

- Should have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Minimum 6-10 years experience in content writing on business, real estate, infrastructure content.

- Strong editing, headlining and layout and designing skills.
