Activities : - Interview client "role owners" to gather onboarding requirements for training curriculum (for various roles) based on list of roles in prioritized order - Ingest onboarding content requirements into the SharePoint tracking list and tag appropriately based on the nomenclature determined by the team - Own the master nomenclature for tagging to ensure what remains, is relevant for the roles being tracked and the altitude of training developed - Reconcile the requested training with content development team production schedule; work with role owner on the acceptance and if needed, prioritization. - Maintain tracking and management of onboarding content throughout the SharePoint list and the Power Bi, with the ability to serve onboarding content to specific roles - Report on the progress of onboarding content as needed to support the project team in MBR discussions, newsletters, and role ownership awareness - Support ad hoc deliverables aligned to the content management for client onboarding Deliverables : - SharePoint and Power Bi lists: Ongoing management and maintenance of content tracking tools - Bi-weekly status report: OneNote status showing individual progress against plan - Monthly progress recap across onboarding content: PPT slide or email format demonstrating month over month team progress and project highlights
