Job Description:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the overall marketing and PR communication goals

- Create high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content across various channels, including authored articles, press-releases, blogs, digital media platforms, SEO etc.

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends to create relevant and compelling content for both customer & employer branding

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Sales, Tech, Risk, Finance and Compliance, to gather information and ensure content accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

- Manage and oversee the content creation process, including planning, writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing content within established deadlines.

- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content delivery and optimize content distribution across different channels.

- Identify opportunities to repurpose and leverage existing content to maximize reach and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.

- Stay informed about competitors' content strategies and industry best practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as freelance writers and agencies, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

- Train and mentor content team members, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and fostering a collaborative work environment.
