Content Lead - Startup

- We are hiring for the role of leading startup based out in Delhi NCR and is Led by Sequoia Capital.

- Write clear marketing copy to promote our services/products.

- Create content for blog and social media posts.

- Create content for online advertising channels.

- Coordinate with marketing team for regular updates on marketing deliverables

- Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

- Create/ update website content as needed.

- Create and manage content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Produce high-quality written, graphic and video content for our social media platforms.

- Supervise and manage all social media interactions between consumers and the company managing ORM.

- Collaborate with the category team to develop and execute effective social media campaigns.

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Partner internal teams to develop and own internal communications.

- Plan and execute the monthly social media and content calendar partnering influencers to drive brand goals.

- Partner with creative agencies to deliver content which is on-brand.

- Being able to drive growth in subscribers, engagement rates and other efficacy metrics for brand.
