Content Lead/Manager - Education

Looking for a Content Manager - Lead to join our team, who would be responsible to drive content team.

Experience - 6 to 8 years, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.

Job Description:

- Provide direction, leadership and day-to-day support for a team of 15 in-house writers working in multiple languages.

- Deliver Content's agenda, ensuring that the copy produced meets the company's standards and is the best in the industry.

- Ensure that content helps boost engagement on our sites.

- Work closely with our Content team to grow the team in alignment with the business- needs.

- Make sure the team meets deadlines and remove any roadblocks.

- Take our high performing team to new heights by setting rewarding objectives and personal development goals.

- Inspire a culture geared towards fun, collaboration and getting things done.

- Contribute to team objectives when necessary.

- Optimize content according to SEO.

- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention

Requirements:

- To be a role model to the team and live up to our Core Values.

- Vast experience in producing and editing written content for online industries, including proofreading, line editing, SEO copy editing.

- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Hindi.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Bachelors/ Masters/ MBA degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field.
