KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT :
- Execute the content production and management plan to serve specified business objectives
- Interface with Business, Search Marketing and Analytics
- Support the search marketing team to win search rankings for a large keyword portfolio
- Regularly update oneself with the latest tools, technologies, and trends
- Knowledge on content management for Apps
B. PROCESSES AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE :
- Study the global best practices
- Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes
- Track and analyze content metrics related to production, reach, traffic, consumption, and engagement
- Continuously track content performance (impact on business and RoI)
- Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates through content
- Run content related tests and experiments
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- A penchant for writing, editing and storytelling
- Understanding of how content can drive business in Apps
- Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs
- Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially mid- to long-form articles and short-length videos
- Proven experience in managing a loyal subscriber base
- Mobile-first thinking
- Exposure to using data and analysis to improve content performance
- Comfort with marketing technology platforms
- Excellent agency management skills
