Designation : Content and Instructional Training Manager

Experience : 2-6 years of experience in instructional design, content development with understanding of training strategy, design strategy

Location: Mumbai

Job role:

- Create, create, and maintain content for Instructor Led Programmes (ILP) that covers assessments, training content, facilitator guides, post-training assessments/evaluations, workbooks, etc. for various Training Modules related to Functional Learning domains.

- eLearning training modules' content can be created and developed utilising technologies like Articulate Storyboard, etc

- Create and maintain knowledge database material in pre-defined formats.

- Designing solutions while taking the learner profile and evaluation methods into consideration can help you understand learning gaps from/in partnership with business.

- Create content for the Internal Learning Mobile App in a variety of forms, such as PPT, PDF, Videos, etc., to be published there for on-the-go learning. managing administrative tasks for the internal learning mobile application, including content assignment and user inquiry resolution.
