Summary

Content head is a key role for us who shall be responsible for leading the content curation so as to achieve the goals of engagement, traffic, registrations, and innovative content formats, especially on new age digital media.

Key Goals :

- To be the source of "parents' understanding" and be constantly updated on areas of relevance to parents and responsible for yearly calendar- planning and execution- of content in line with the desired traffic, registration and engagement goals.

- To curate superior content formats highly relevant for parents so as to achieve the organic traffic/readership goal.

- To identify, onboard and collaborate with key Experts, including the parentune panel to achieve the desired turn-around-time to parents' queries, through innovative digital formats like Live chats, webinars, expert interactions and proparent services.

- Sustainable Bloggers engagement program- To identify, onboard, coach and engage parent bloggers as per the desired goals of activity, honing it as a competitive advantage.

- To conceptualize, create proto types, unique properties and formats for parentune as a source of competitive advantage sustainable over time.

- To discover, incorporate and proliferate content partnerships to add to traffic, registrations and engagement for parentune.com

- To collaborate, corraborate and play a core role to the overall strategy of the firm to support parents - to achieve accuracy of reverts in the given turn around time.

- To constantly renovate and innovate to achieve the engagement goals

Desired Profile :

- In a similar current capacity with a leading women focused magazine/media format

- 8+ years of relevant content/journalism experience

- Conversant in applying research with audience as an approach to content curation

- Digital content curation/ creation would be great to have

- Conversant in interacting and generating expert responses and content to queries and specific content need
