THE ROLE : - The content head will oversee all the marketing content initiatives (which includes app content, the company blog and other marketing collateral) to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive experience for the users of Kool Kanya Platform. THE RESPONSIBILITIES : - Create a content strategy for the website and the app (in due course). - Collaborate with business and design teams to plan the content calendar - Create and publish exceptionally engaging / addictive content - Look at data to analyse and improve user engagement metrics. - Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to build customer engagement - Edit, proofread and improve the output of the junior writers - Use creative skills to research and continuously identify innovative and relevant content for Kool Kanya. - Manage content calendar and related deadlines to meet production/launch deadlines. - Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage data and insights to develop and drive strategies and alignment to KPIs - Perform under deadlines. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES : - 5-10 years of writing/editing experience<div> - Should have managed a team of writers. - Demonstrable creative writing skills and the ability to generate as well as review content. - Should be familiar with different writing style: Web, longform etc. - Hands on experience with MS Office. - Good organisational and time-management skills. - Have the ability to manage multiple projects - Be detail-oriented. - Masters in English/Journalism or a relevant field.</div>
