Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Content Head with one of the leading organization

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.

- Edit, proofread, and improve writers' posts.

- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.

- Understand current industry trends and competition to stay competitive and develop best practices for the site as pertaining to site merchandising, site functionalities/UX, and content management.

- Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement.

- Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.

- Collect, monitor, and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.

- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.

- Collaborate with brand, product, and sales managers to create promotional concepts.

- Manage the distribution of content across all channels.

Requirements:

- Extensive exposure to content strategy execution and understanding of content marketing tactics.

- Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns.

- Strong Google Analytics, WordPress, and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- 3+ years of experience in heading a Content Team.

- Must have Experience in Brand Marketing/Content Marketing.

- Demonstrated track record or history of managing similar roles.

- SEO (optional).

- Technical Blog Writing.

- Experience in digital product strategy, development, and engineering teams to deliver best in class format innovation, capturing market feedback and competitive insight.

- Efficient content delivery.

- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team, influence and lead executive peers.

- Self-starter, someone who wants to do things because they are passionate about it.
