The Content Head is responsible for growth, P&L and value offering of the categories he/she will handle. You will manage numerous educators and content creators, analyse the market, create and execute strategies to make the company the market leader in those categories
Duties and responsibilities:
- Create and implement new strategies to maximize the revenue of the categories
- Develop and execute category plans to meet revenue goals.
- Identify and implement various features to make the value offering of the category the best in the market
- Develop selling strategies based on category's competitive and success elements.
- Work cross functionally to align all support functions to enable business team to maximize revenue
- Keep abreast of competitive landscape and identify areas of growth for the category
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing departments and suggest ways to improve sales thereby lead category expansion
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years proven experience in a similar role or Consulting
- Graduation (MBA is a plus)
- Being able to work with cross functional teams & initiate projects
- Team Management
- Being highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude to work
- Good time management
- Good interpersonal skills
Direct reports :
- You will have 9-10 people directly reporting to you and working with you for acquisition, operations and execution of multiple categories
