Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Come up with a robust content marketing strategy and calendar
- Ideate, collaborate and drive rigorous execution based on this strategy.
- Drive marketing of content across social media, communities, discussion forums, prospects, existing customers, partners.
- Prepare a structured framework for objectively measuring the efficacy of content creation & marketing efforts.
- Present data-backed post-mortems of content performance.
- Work closely with SEO teams, use data to proactively identify new content opportunities for specific customer cohorts/ products etc.
- Work collaboratively with the social media & product marketing teams in planning, executing new product launch GTMs to drive customer engagement, acquisition and brand buzz.
- Work closely with the social media marketing teams in collaborating on viral campaign ideas.
Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of overall marketing experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of having managed content marketing teams.
- Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
- Functional expertise in at least one key aspect of digital marketing with a strong conceptual understanding of - Social media marketing & SEO.
- B2B/ SAAS product experience would be a big plus.
- Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work with cross-functional counterparts.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
