Content Head (AVP/VP Grade) - Digital Marketing

Location - BKC Mumbai

Job Purpose:

You will manage digital content ideation, production and publishing to derive customer engagement and acquisition from website / mobile app

Primary Responsibilities :

- Responsible for content on website & mobile app to drive customer engagement resulting in a potential acquisition

- Collaborate with designers, product marketing, and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and customers

- Establish content genres, tone, character, and format to effectively engage with the target audience and fulfill the desired objectives

- Deliver compelling content around related business topics that drive internal and external engagement - resulting in leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics

- Visualize and create the content calendar for the month

- Monitor website metrics, and make content improvements accordingly

- Optimize all content for SEO to better reach

- Work with various content agencies to drive content ideation & creation

Candidate Experience/Skills :

- Digital Content : Proven track record of finding/conceptualizing the right topics to drive customer engagement, based on digital trends

- Writer/Thinker : Excellent writer and thinker, being able to draw out new themes/ ideas/ formats that can be applied to existing or new thought leadership programs

- Story Telling : Good story-telling ability, proficiency in tailoring and customizing messages for varied audience

- SEO : Optimize all content for SEO to better reach
