Content Editor

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and Edit original content for a variety of channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Craft compelling narratives that align with our brand's voice and objectives. Work with a group of writers and edit their work.

- Copywriting Excellence: Write clear, persuasive copy for the website, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns. Continuously refine and optimize messaging for target audiences.

- Knowledge Base Management: Create and manage comprehensive, user-friendly Knowledge Base articles that support our customers' needs. Ensure technical information is accessible and clearly articulated for all user levels.

- Brand Storytelling: Understand and articulate the brand's identity, value proposition, and unique selling points. Create consistent and engaging brand messages across all platforms.

- Product Marketing: Work closely with the product team to understand features and benefits. Translate technical details into compelling marketing content that highlights the value to the user.

- SEO and Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement. Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and adjustments.

- Collaboration: Work with the design, marketing, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful content. Provide copywriting support and guidance across departments.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 years of experience as a editor, preferably in B2B SaaS & US market audience

- Sharp copy writing, proofreading and editing skills in English

- Understanding of SEO concepts and how readers find and use the content on the web

- Creative thinking with a flair for intuitive storytelling

- Strong sense of quality and eye for detail

- Capable of multitasking and time management
