Our client a Broking House is a subsidiary company of XYZ Bank Ltd.

The Company has a wide range of products catered to meet the needs of the customer. Customers can open a single account to invest in Equities, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Derivatives, Bonds, NCDs, ETFs and Company Fixed Deposits.

Job Role: Content Development Manager

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Training Head

Job Description:

- Streamlining training processes by implementation of Training Program and Career Development Program

- Developing structured stage wise learning plans for various cadres in order to enhance their capability

- Prepare and finalize the monthly training calendar for employees at all levels based on the Training Need Analysis

- Responsible for various training intervention in consultation with various functional heads

- Conceptualization, Developing & Designing training presentation & study material

- Conducting “Train The Trainer” programs on new products launch and enhance trainer productivity and efficiency

- Responsible for periodic knowledge update for Trainers & Sales Team

- Solving content and knowledge related queries of all Trainers & Sales Team
