Location : Mumbai  Role Summary :  Functional Responsibility / Domain Related :  - Identification of new training programs based on emerging needs from the market  - Collaborate with multiple functions of company to design and develop it's IP based training titles and content  - Sharpening the content of the existing training programmes in co-ordination with the trainers   - Developing company's digital learning training modules  - Identification of new trainers & maintaining the pool of existing trainers  - Lead large customized training programme proposals based on inputs from the business development team and subject matter experts  - Provide the necessary support in the implementation of company's Certification of training programmes.  Qualification :  Looking 3+ yrs of experience in Credit Rating and Analysis for SME, Mid or large Corporate.  Qualified : MBA or CA.  - Currently working as Credit Analyst but open for Training role.
