WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Everything and anything on official Social Media channels of the company

- Strategy & Content Development - Collaborate with the teams to develop and lead social media strategy and execution

- Brand Monitoring & Customer Relations - Monitor brand and establish social reputation across multiple channels

- Engage and interact with clients, partners, vendors, team members, tenants, residents, etc, when applicable.

- Analytics & Reporting - Set goals and monitor metrics for all social campaigns. Utilize data to make recommendations to enhance and optimize future campaigns.

- Crisis Communication Execution

WHAT DO YOU NEED? (REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)

- Marketing expertise on various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube

- Thorough understanding of various social media advertising practices and utilizing tools such as Facebook Business Manager

- Experience using social media management platforms (such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite) and delivering comprehensive analytics

- Proven and versatile experience in the creation of digital content including ad-copy, social media, blog, articleS, website content, email copy, and various other material at a growing company

- Strong technical understanding and experience in handling various ad formats and regulations across social media channels, Strong understanding of analytics and measurement of response on social media

- Required Google and Facebook certifications undertaken at some point of time
