Role and Responsibilities

Looking for people passionate about management and education to help design learning programs for working professionals to stay sharp and stay relevant and help build the careers of tomorrow. The job will include the following responsibilities:

1. Structure, grow and lead content development team including research assistants, video producers, scriptwriters etc. for management programs

2. Work closely with the industry and academia to understand requirement and develop world-class learning experience for management programs

3. Interact with senior faculty, freelancers and global academic industry leaders

4. Collaborate with business development team to meet content production deliverables

What we are looking for

1. MBA from a top-tier B-school

2. 3+ years of Consulting/Digital Marketing/Sales/IT industry/Product Management

3. Experience in teaching or (digital) pedagogic content production, preferably higher education, shall be valuable

4. Excellence in problem-solving and structuring complex processes in new terrains
