Hiring for Content Creator (L&D)

Location : Gurgaon

Salary : Up to Rs 22LPA

- Develop and deliver high quality learning material and content to support T&D

- LMS & LCMS

- Must be hands on with Instructional Design

- Create materials, videos, scripts

- Collaborate with SME, CFT, Trainers, PM, for content creation

- Behavioral and Non Technical content

- To track behavioral and functional development metrics

- Good exposure with Adult Learning Model, Kirkpatrick Model

- E Learning and Content Creation both experience is required
