Content/Community Manager - Internet/Online

Responsibilities

- Execute deals with content creators to enhance both paid and organic content supply

- Setting a team of content moderators

- Onboard and Engage major creators across categories

- Tracking Performance of creators and content

- Set up a process for inbound queries from potential content creators

- Set up team and process for outreach to potential creators and track conversions. 

- Gather feedback on existing product experience and work with the product team to address concerns

Preferred skillset:

- Good network in the micro-influencer community

- Prior experience in Audio/ Video Content creation

- Customer service obsession

- Basic number crunching on excel or other data visualisation tools

- Should have 4+ Years of experience
