ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT  This role serves as an internal knowledge management professional who will work as part of the Content Strategy and Sourcing team to manage and drive the coordination and execution of Content Priorities. This role will report directly to the Global Content Lead, and will assist with execution of content strategy via specific programs including: Content gap analyses; focused content collection activities; content metrics development, analysis, and reporting; SharePoint migration; and aged content archival. The Content Advisor will manage many facets of key content programs, and will develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key stakeholders.  Knowledge and Skills Requirements:  - Experience in implementing knowledge solutions to meet business objectives  - Advanced skills with MS Office tools, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; as well as Lotus Notes. Experience with MS SharePoint a plus.   - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communications skills  - Fluency in English, both spoken and written required.   - Willingness to learn new technologies and be innovative in applying to knowledge solutions  - Assist in people connections (communities, yammer, other social networking)
