Key Responsibilities

- Must have worked in the FinTech / Payments / Banking Platforms / Products / Projects and managed the entire lifecycle from Vision to Deployment

- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle (SDLC) like requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Analyze business and technical requirements to form efficient and scalable architecture design that are value adding to both the clients and FinTech businesses.

- Work with all the system stakeholders like Customer side contacts, Sales team, finance team, Business Teams, Product Manager and Technical Leads, Architects and Developers

- Hire and lead the team members across multiple roles designers, developers, testers

- Compose the Team and lead the project end to end

- Manage system processes and maintain compliances

- Manage teamwork, track the teamwork, create & provide status reports for management team

- Manage & Mitigate the Risks

- Collaborative team member with excellent communication skills; approachable, pragmatic, and able to achieve buy-in.

- Ability to think at high level and see the big picture as well as the technical detail.

- Triage the production issues when needed

- Working with team to create and maintain a robust system to support business with focus on usability.

- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the Mobile and Web technologies.

- Create and manage the processes

- Connect with all the stakeholders from Business Management, Product Management, Engineering Team Members & Partner's side stakeholders

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Experience in deploying the platforms from scratch to various client locations

- Experience of working in Mobile Platforms (Android, iOS) & Java Backend APIs with AWS Cloud Platforms

- Agile Software Development Framework using Scrum / Kanban Methodologies

- Strong Knowledge of object-oriented JAVA programming, Design Concepts & Design patterns.

- Strong knowledge of Java & Advanced Java Technologies like Core Java, Springs, Hibernate

- Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS & other NoSQL databases

- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Platform

- Strong knowledge of Developers Environment & tools like eclipse, git, bitbucket, maven

- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Design Patterns

- Strong knowledge of common concerns like Security, Performance, Scalability, Availability etc.

- Strong knowledge of Manual & Automation Testing and working with Stakeholders for UAT Validation and Deployment

- Experience leading team members

- Experience creating processes
