Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall development life cycle of features and manage complex projects with business impact

- Create. Manage technology vision, roadmap, target architectures

- Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide capabilities for the platform across stakeholders that help them succeed in their business goals.

- Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules

- Track record in leadership and development of direct reports

- Own the standards management

- Own the compliance management

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Experienced in driving product development through agile methodology

- Experience is building mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms, Web applications, pos devices

- Experienced with modern web-frameworks, mobile frameworks and microservices based architecture

- Experienced in implementing and deploying the product on AWS Cloud

- Experienced with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story

- Experienced with source code management tools like Git / Bit Bucket & automation using the DevOps CI / CD implementation

- Experienced in Datawarehouse solutions

- Experience in creating and managing the product platform documentation

- Experience leading senior members including architects, project managers, technology leads and developers

- Experience and understanding of a wide range of technologies and frameworks including but not limited to Java, Springs, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, SQL / PL-SQL, AWS Cloud, Angular, Oracle / My-SQL, No-SQL

- Experience in driving operational excellence - monitoring & operation of production services

- Experience in deploying the platforms from scratch to various client locations

- Experience in AI / ML based product innovation, implementation
