Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

- Passionate and enthusiastic tech salesperson, with a strong business vision, success drive and result oriented, a professional in sales and marketing, familiarity with sales models and methodologies, tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement, constantly develops skills and abilities in a particular industry.

Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Capable to analyse details and data, as well as recognize the client's potential.

Marketing and Sales Job Duties:

- To stick to the company business strategy, vision, and procedures.

- To research and contribute information, ideas, to help develop sales and marketing results.

- To help to detail, design, and implement marketing and sales plans for a company portfolio and sales offering, works and constantly develops sales skills, strategies, and approaches for company products, such as special promotions, events, etc.

- Sets sales/marketing schedules and stick to timelines, coordinates the process with supervisors and colleagues across the company.

- Tracks sales data and works to meet personal quotas and sales team targets.

- Experienced in account management and sales flow and conversion.(CRM)

- Capable of gaining expertise in the company portfolio and in the industry, to be able to meet and answer questions from clients about product and service benefits.

- To establish, maintain and follow up relationships with clients through superior customer service.

- Experienced in all the modern sales, marketing and promotional tools and channels, to be able to use Social Media channels as a sales platform.

- Analyses and research competitors, technology trends, data, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives. Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures. Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.

- Reliability and ability to meet sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

- BA or MBA (not mandatory) degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field,

- At least 6 and above years of technology related experience (AWG, water industry, water tech, HVAC, sustainable technologies, etc) -required but not mandatory.

- B2B /B2G sales experience

- Strong Business orientation, financial and business models understanding.

- Reliability and trust

- Ability to meet sales targets and stick to the sales cycle.

- CRM knowledge

- Lead generation and fast conversion

- Competitive/trends market research and analytics capabilities

- Proactive, not reactive,

- Capability to deliver,
