Consumer Marketing Specialist

This is high impact a fast-paced role which needs someone with excellent understanding of consumer marketing to drive direct selling through offline mediums. Will work closely with Consumer care and Marketing team to drive effective and end to end Cross-Sell and Upsell campaigns.

- Analyse the Consumer database and reports




- Identifying target segment for Cross-sell and Upsell.

- Proposed the strategy on Cross-sell and Upsell target setting.

- Strategize the campaign in collaboration with Product and Digital team.

- Identify creative concepts to convert and engage the active consumers.

- Analyse results, highlight learnings, propose recommendations.

- Perform campaign analysis daily, weekly, and monthly to improve and find new growth opportunities.

- Develop the communication (Outbound Scripts, Campaigns) for Direct Selling.

- Work with Marketing agencies as and when required.
