Consumer Care Lead - FMCG/Beverages

Eyeing for a Consumer Care Lead for a Leading UK Based FMCG (Beverage) Firm on an Urgent Basis.

Candidature Required for Consumer Care Lead :

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate. (B.Tech / M.Tech Graduates NEED NOT Apply).

Age Limit: 25 - 35 Years.

Work Experience :

- 2 - 4 Years – Catering to Consumer Affairs and Quality Compliance in Corporate Office (In the FMCG Consumer Care Vertical).

- Experience in FMCG consumer relation is essential, preferably with the Food industry.

- Fluency In English and Hindi is essential with excellent hold on Grammatical, Spelling & letter Writing Skills.

- Ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls/contacts.

The Primary Job Role :

- The Role for Consumer Care Lead for INDIA will be to Develop and manage the Consumer Care Functions, System and Processes for the Indian market with the support of the Group Consumer Affairs Manager as well as responding effectively to Consumer Enquires and Complaints, Providing World Class Consumer Care to Support World Class Brands.

- Regularly Liaise with the Group Consumer Affairs Manager & The Indian Team in order to gain understanding of Consumers requirements and remain up to date on the FIRMS products and processes.

- Provide Admin Support to the Indian Management Team.

-To respond effectively and efficiently to Consumer Enquiries and Complaints (calls / Mails white mail and social care) within agreed time frames.
