ConsultOn - CTO/Co-Founder

India's largest on demand expert consultation platform ConsultOn (previously known as AdviceAdda.com) is looking for CTO (who can be considered for tech co-founder role if interested & eligible for the desired criteria). We have bootstrapped this company since 3+ years with proven revenue stage.

The core responsibility for this role would be to demonstrate complete understanding of the product and take ownership of the complete process from planning to architecture to development and testing.

Required Experience :

- Good enough experience in designing and developing complete architecture for SaaS products/ Platforms/ CRMs/ Web Applications from scratch.

- Experience of hiring team of best developers to get the product developed as per required technology specifications.

- Excellent understanding of minimalist & efficient UI/UX would be an extra advantage.

- Willingness to work in a Startup environment & passion for building great product experience is mandatory.

- Should know agile. Not just from books. Should know how to do fast release cycles without compromising on quality

- You have launched multiple successful products and features, preferably on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, desktop, and web).

Responsibilities :

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

Requirements :

- Hands on coder at heart. You like hard problems, but know how to keep things simple.

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning.

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

- Leadership and organizational abilities.

- Strategic thinking & problem-solving aptitude.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

Java, Python, Node Js, React Js, MySQL, Mongo DB, JS, HTML, CSS3

PS: in case you are open to Tech Co-founder role, it would be a no salary with 5% - 10% equity opportunity.
