Role: Consulting Solutions Lead - BFSI

Desired Experience:

- 7 years and above work experience in the BFSI domain with experience in consulting delivery in the BFSI domain

Position: Senior Consultant / Consultant

Job Location: Mumbai (preferred) / Chennai

Desired Competencies:

- Relevant BFS domain consulting experience

- Conceiving and delivery of transformational programs through IT in the BFS domain

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- In-depth understanding of Corporate Banking business

- Focus on latest trends in banking solutions to Corporate Customers

- Hands on experience in Product engineering and Product management

- Rich experience in handling Trade Applications like EXIM BILLS

- Understanding Global and Indian Trade and Lending Market

- Good Understanding of UCPDC regulations

- Good understanding of Technology Trends in Payments and Trade environment

- Appreciation of Process Framework Design in Corporate Banking

- Ability to conceptualize solutions

- Stakeholder management both within and outside the Global Consulting Practice ()

- Acquire sound understanding of the client’s business issues

- Ability to provide industry expertise in understanding and designing the proposed solution

- Design solution in alignment with the envisaged client’s business transformation plan

- Understanding of Treasury business would be a distinct advantage.
