Engineering Degree (Top 15 institutes like IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani etc.)

Job Description:

Mandatory

Consulting or functional experience in the Supply Chain planning functions in either of the industries:

1. Upstream Oil & Gas

2. Oil Field Services (OFS)

3. Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) in Oil & Gas

2-6 years of relevant experience across a minimum of two of Supply Chain Planning functions within the non-hydrocarbon supply chain of companies:

1. Forecasting & Demand Planning

2. Sales & Operational Planning

3. Inventory Management

4. Distribution Management

Should have worked in at-least two projects aimed at improving supply chain KPIs for any of the above listed
Supply Chain Planning functions. Examples would include improving:

1. Forecast accuracy

2. On-Time In-Full (OTIF)

3. Fill rates and Service Levels

4. Inventory Days

5. Cost-to-Serve

- Should demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills in the supply chain planning context

- Modeling and skills to create analytical inferences

- Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.

- Shall be able to lead conversations with clients. Must be comfortable working and interacting closely with the “C” level executives.

- Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.

- Should be open to travel in and outside the country.

Desirable

- Knowledge of planning software like Oracle Demantra, SAP APO, JDA Demand Planner and SAP production planning modules

- Skills in Liner Programming and Excel Macros

- Process mapping and documentation skills
