H&PS Enterprise Operations

Role :

- The Capability Network (CN) Executive - Enterprise Operations role is an integral part of the CN H&PS team and will help us achieve our Head Count and Recoverability targets

- The Exec will help build the H&PS Enterprise Operations with 10+ people focusing on Enterprise Operations capabilities and clients

- The Exec will help CN H&PS meet its FY15 Recoverability targets by generating Demand from Health and PS Enterprise Operations clients

- The Exec will develop relationships with key stakeholders such as Enterprise Operations Industry and Offering Lead globally to generate demand and meet recoverability targets

- The Exec will help our H&PS client teams in proposals and business development activities, related to Enterprise Operations, and enabling them to increase their revenues and sales

- The Exec will report to the CN H&PS Lead and will be responsible for managing 4 to 5 resources directly

Skills and Experience :

- The Right candidate must have an MBA from a Tier 1 MBA institute or a comparable Masters in Public Administration

- The Right candidate must have very good global understanding and exposure to at-least 2 of the following Enterprise Operations capabilities

- Back office operations - Facilities capability management, Provider dashboard, Health Back office and Business process management

- Finance - cost reduction, budgeting & forecasting, Digital finance, Finance BPO/AO, Cloud ERP and Revenue cycle

- Human Capital management - Talent management, Recruiting and HR & Organization strategy

- Procurement - Sourcing & Procurement, Integrated planning and fulfillment

- The Right candidate must have at least 8 years of exposure to consulting and Enterprise Operations Domain

- The Right candidate must have excellent Program management, People management, communication and presentation skills

The role includes extensive international travelling (0-100%)
